We cater for daily ‘Drop and Run’ events, Plated Functions, Buffet Lunches and Dinners, Cocktail Parties, Family Style Events, BBQ’s, Picnic Days, Alumni Reunions, Engagement Parties and so much more.

ALLERGENS AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We are able to cater for a range of allergen and dietary requirements that include vegetarian, vegan, lactose free & low gluten. Please advise us of any specific dietary requirements at the time of your booking with catering numbers for each allergen requirement for your guests. Other dietary requirements, such as Halal or Kosher, may incur additional food and transport costs and pricing will be advised accordingly if it differs from the price listed.
HOW WE CHARGE
All prices in our Functions Portfolio include food and preparation labour and are exclusive of GST. Delivery is included to easy access areas; however, some areas may incur additional labour charge (For example, buildings with only stair access). Functions requiring staff or extensive set up will be quoted accordingly. All prices in this Functions Portfolio are based on Monday to Friday delivery between the hours of 8am and concluded by 6pm. For events outside these hours, including weekends, public holidays and non-semester periods, additional labour charges will be quoted.
FINAL NUMBERS AND CANCELLATION
Daily Catering orders are required to be placed no later than 3 business days prior to your event. For any orders requested with less than three days’ notice, our team will endeavour to accommodate your requirements, as best as possible.
Larger functions of over 50 pax require 5 working days confirmation of final numbers, menu and dietary requirements.
Cancellations made less than 5 business days before an event will incur a 15% Cancellation fee.

Drop & Run catering orders need to be booked and confirmed three (3) working days in advance of your function date. We will endeavour to assist with late requests, however, please be aware that alternative products may need to be substituted. These options will be discussed of course, with you at the time of booking. Larger functions of over 50 require 5 working days confirmation.
